What is our skin made of?????

Hi everyone...

To start with this blog, i've choose a simple topic first...

Today FM wanna talk about skin....

So, Skin is consist or two layers which is Epidermis and Dermis....

Hypodermis is not considered as a part af skin.....

We will start with Epidermis first, it is the outermost layer of skin.....

It is stratified squamous keratinized epithelium....

It consist of :

1. Keratinocyte

2. Melanocyte

3. Merkel Cell

4. Langerhen's Cell

Keratinocye consist of 5 laters, stratum basale, stratum spinosum, stratum granulosum, stratum lucidum and stratum corneum....

But, Stratum lucidum is not present in thin skin....

Each of these layer have their own function and characteristic....

I think, that's all for the begining....
